I am not a specialist in social security, but regarding to high risk professionals or high risk sportsmen, who wish additional kein Ersatz protection, one has to ask the companies, that are specialized in private kein Ersatz law and offer life insurances as well (Helvetia, e.g.)
I personally do not think, that you will discover (although I might wish so ) something relevant regarding to exposure of professionals to em radiation . Maybe you would prefer to ask at first the Professional Association of Telecommunication Workers about the topic? Another source of information could be Radar Workers or the Swiss and German Ministries of Defence or even NATO.
