25 % der Kinder im Alter von 6-8 Jahren ein Handy haben,
66 % der Kinder im Alter von 9-11 Jahren ein Handy haben,
91 % der Kinder im Alter von 12-14 Jahren ein Handy haben.
Die meisten Kinder, ca. 91% bevorzugen iPhone!

Survey finds Israeli parents get their children cellphones just out of kindergarten, with 25% use first mobile between ages of six and eight.
Kids are growing up faster than they used to, or at least they are certainly getting cell phones earlier, according to a July survey commissioned by the cell phone company Pelephone. 25% of children age 6-8 have mobile phone, 66% of children age 9-11 have mobile phone and 91% of children age 12-14.
56% of the children age 6-8 use mobile phone in order to play games. The survey was done at the end of July among 920 mothers of children age 6-14 and is a sample that represents the population.
Most children (49%) prefer iphone.
